Duties: The job consists of, includes, but is not limited to: a) Cleaning, prepping, patching, sanding, taping, spraying, rolling, brushing and finishing retorts and other equipment as needed. b) B&L Cremation Systems will provide appropriate respiratory protection equipment, “fit testing”, fitness for duty (medical evaluation) and training with “work-site specific procedures” where respirators are necessary for spray painting. c) Able to life 50 lbs. on a routine basis, climb ladders and bend frequently.
