The full understanding on how to use hand routers safely and accurately how to go about applying contact adhesive, laminate followed by the routing and filing is a must. This is a full time job, Monday-Friday and you must be capable of making it to work daily and on time. Any other experience in a cabinet shop setting would be desired however not a deal breaker.
