Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Window Installer with glazing and carpentry/finishing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in window and door replacement and finish carpentry, framing, or remodeling, along with hands-on experience installing residential windows and doors and glazing. Qualifications • 3+ years of verifiable experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction. • Prior experience with window and door installation. • Ability to read and interpret work orders, measurements, and blueprints. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions. • Reliable, professional, and punctual with strong problem-solving skills.
