Duties/Responsibilities: Warranty Calls • Ensuring timeliness of calls regarding homeowners’ schedule. • Able to troubleshoot and repair homeowners’ electrical issues. • Ability to handle dissatisfied homeowners and deescalate situations regarding frustration of call etc. Duties/Responsibilities: Hot Checks • Able to accurately complete “Hot Checks” prior to final inspection and homeowner closing. • Must have knowledge in energizing and deenergizing homes. • Able to troubleshoot any faulty equipment, circuit, and breakers. Duties/Responsibilities: Punch Lists • Must be able to complete Punch List – A punch list is a quality checklist from the builder of the homeowner of any issues identified during the walk through. • Must be able to troubleshoot and read blueprints/ floor plans. • Must have National Electric Code (NEC) knowledge. Required Skills/Abilities: • Electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electrical. • Ability to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc. • Must have their own standard residential electrical tools. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Must have specialty tool use knowledge – i.e. Jack Hammer, Generator, Multimeter, Toner. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Must be able to read paperwork and fill out necessary information. Education and Experience: • Previous experience in all phases of residential electrical. • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Must have electrical safety knowledge. (Lock Out Tag Out) Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders. • Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits. • Must be able to work in hot and confined spaces (attic work). • Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. • Must have clean driving record. As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers’ pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year. Responsibilities: Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and more. Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those results. Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running. Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers.
