Found Cat - brown/white male (El Sereno)

Kitty came to me hungry and in need of flea treatment on 8/29. I have been taking care of him outdoors since then while searching for his family. No microchip and needs to be neutered. He's friendly and used to humans. Do you know this sweet kitty?
