Our long-term client in Hillsboro is seeking Entry Level Technicians to join their team on a full-time basis No direct experience is needed! Training will be provided! - If you have past warehouse, restaurant, or retail experience, you have the transferable skills required for this position. Day shifts start at $20 / hour with daily overtime pay, benefits, and PTO (top hiring priority) Night shifts start at $23 / hour with daily overtime pay, benefits, and PTO (anticipating future openings) APPLY TODAY WITH YOU RESUME! Example: Dirty cleaning towels are not transferred or used between multiple properties; clean top to bottom and change out gloves when needed; do not stand on chairs or climb shelves; etc. Skills: - Proven experience in cleaning roles such as residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services. (Airbnb/hotel cleaning is a plus). - Basic tech skills - you'll use an app to navigate to properties, leave work notes, and clock in and out of jobs. - Strong work ethic. - Willingness to train others, occasionally. - Ability to prioritize. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with peers and clients in a friendly, patient, and kind manner. - Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Openness to feedback - we take our clients' concerns seriously AND we back each other up and stand behind our work.
