It is located on the 2nd floor and has a private entrance and bath, wooden bamboo floors, a ceiling fan, and its own kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave oven, induction cooktop, toaster oven, a baker’s rack, a buffet table & a dining set). Your new place is semi-furnished with a closet unit, a garment rack, a dresser, a bookcase, a room screen, over the toilet shelving, and curtains. All you need is a bed to complete your home sweet home. One covered parking is included in the rental cost. A washer is located on site. Water, sewer, electricity & internet are not included in the monthly rent cost. Your new space is located in Palolo Valley- near Waikiki, several shopping malls, University of Hawaii, Chaminade University, Kapiolani Community College, and many eating establishments and boutique stores in Kaimuki. I am looking for a new neighbor who is clean, quiet, and doesn’t have pets or smoke (allergies). A security deposit (one month’s rent) is required. 9-month lease or longer. Available Oct 15.
