Someone who takes their job seriously and loves to laugh and have a great time. Someone who enjoys small dogs. This job requires a lot of driving and has kind of crazy hours, 20- 50 hours a week depending on what is going on. The job includes baths, dressing, driving, dining, and hanging out with me while I enjoy all of lifes adventures. I do lots of shopping! I also enjoy the ocean. I love to gamble. POSITION SUMMARY Sleep center scheduler involves coordinating with office staff, authorization teams, and physician’s offices to schedule consults, follow-up appointments, and sleep studies. The scheduler uses medical terminology and scheduling knowledge to select the correct procedure and coordinates information with other departments. They also assist the Sleep Center Manager in the day-to-day operations, including patient scheduling, room utilization, and patient education. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 1-year experience working in a healthcare field with patient contact or appropriate credentialing for the position held. • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, superior attention to detail and the ability to work independently. • Fluency in English and excellent oral and written communication skills. • Valid Florida Driver's License for travel to clinic required.
