Trium Wines tasting room is where our customers not only discover excellent wine, but an entire tasting experience. We are a boutique winery that has produced award winning wines for over 20 years. This position requires excellent communication skills with management, customers, and other staff as well as the ability to converse easily with both experienced and inexperienced visitors. Position may also be responsible for assisting with special events held both onsite and offsite and includes weekends and some holidays. We operate in a safe and healthy environment. Role: Conduct sales and provide hospitality in the tasting room. Represent Trium Wines professionally and educate guests on wines, vineyards and winery history. Interact with guests in a warm, professional, and enthusiastic manner. Maintain an inviting and clean environment (kitchen, indoor, outdoor areas and restroom.) Perform opening and closing procedures. Assisting in all functions of wine sales including tastings, bottle sales, and wine club signups. Preparation of basic food items. Requirements: Must be able to operate POS system. Good record keeping skills, Lift and carry average weight of 40 lbs. Past wine tasting room experience preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of wine production and/or experience in food/beverage industry helpful. Must possess or be able to obtain OLCC alcohol server and food handler’s permits at time of hire.
