About the Position: As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and urgent repair work on our diverse portfolio of vacation rentals. You will work both independently and collaboratively with our team to address maintenance issues swiftly, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various property systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and defect-free. Conduct thorough inspections of properties pre- and post-guest visits. Maintain and monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and tools. Collaborate with team members on larger projects and property upgrades. Document completed work and communicate updates to management effectively.
