Position Title & Overview: The Account Executive will be responsible for growing Mediavine’s list of publishers. You will work within the Publisher Development Team's framework to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and bring in new business that meets company goals and priorities. Growing our business requires an emphasis on quality as well as quantity. The person in this role will work as a part of the team to ensure that prospective Mediavine publishers are as extensively vetted for brand safety, traffic, and advertising performance potential as the rest of our clients. In this position, you will contribute to helping Mediavine expand its base of publishers and position the company as an indispensable partner within a dynamic ecosystem. This role will report directly to the VP of Publisher Development. Your core responsibility will be driving Helium Hotspot deployments by approaching and educating local businesses, property owners, and other commercial partners (deployments create wireless coverage to benefit undercovered areas). We bring these values to life every day — whether by collaborating on innovative solutions, tackling challenges with optimism, or pushing boundaries with creativity and courage.   WHAT YOU WILL DO:  Direct the underwriting strategy, process, planning, reporting, forecasting, business development and innovation for the Cyber insurance book of business  Underwrite, price, and negotiate risks in a manner that is consistent with Relm’s risk appetite to ensure profitability, retention, and written premium goals are achieved  Provide a professional layer of leadership, mentorship, and management to the underwriting team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting continued growth, training and development of junior underwriting and administrative staff  Negotiate, prepare, and draft policy and endorsement wording  Create and develop relationships with brokers and policyholders to establish new distribution relationships and sales channels  Attend and occasionally present at industry conferences, as needed and as the opportunity presents itself   Collaborate with colleagues to achieve company goals and drive cross-sell opportunities  Assist with strategic underwriting planning by developing and maintaining suitable management information to effectively evaluate the portfolio   Maintain compliance with all internal and external underwriting and regulatory guidelines, standards, and legal requirements  Engage in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned to contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of Relm  Requirements WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Minimum of 10 years of Cyber insurance underwriting and/or broking experience  A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in business, cyber security, computer science, insurance, actuarial science, or a related discipline  Robust relationships with key US and UK wholesale and retail brokers  Perceived as a thought leader within the cyber insurance market   Experience with policy and endorsement wording negotiation, preparation, and drafting  Exceptional organizational and time management skills  Superb leadership qualities with the capability to build comradery in a global team   Creative problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills, an ethical approach to getting things done, and an ability to apply different perspectives across the spectrum  Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment  A confident communicator who can clearly and authentically convey a written and verbal message, skillfully persuade, and craft a constructive argument  Advanced skills across all Microsoft Office applications (familiarity with Mac OS is a plus)  Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with leading client and broker meetings  Exceptional attention to detail and work ethic, setting an example for others  Ability to work outside of core hours and travel overseas, as required  NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: Experience managing and underwriting a predominately primary book of business  The ability to perform data analytics within MS Excel or Power BI, including functions such as Tables, Pivot Tables, formulae (VLOOKUP, IF, SUM) etc.  Professional designation in insurance underwriting, such as RPLU, CPCU, ACII, AU, or similar   Strong interest and conceptual comprehension in Web3., Digital Assets, Blockchain, Cannabis, AI, or Financial Markets will be a differentiator  Benefits  WHAT WE OFFER:  Paid Public Holidays: Enjoy ten (10) paid public holidays each year, giving you the opportunity to unwind and recharge.  Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): You’ll receive 28 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually, giving you the flexibility to take care of personal matters, vacation, or sick days.  Full Health Coverage: The company fully covers your medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance to ensure you and your family are well taken care of.  401K Program with Company Match: Plan for your future with access to the company’s 401K program, including a 5% company match.  Professional Development & Mentorship: We invest in your growth through professional development opportunities, training, and mentorship programs, helping you advance in your career.  Wellness Stipend: Take care of yourself with a monthly wellness stipend to support your health and well-being.  Commuting & Travel Reimbursement: We offer a commuting reimbursement to help with transportation costs, including parking, making your daily commute easier.  Wellness Benefits: Stay healthy and active with access to gym memberships, exercise classes, and other wellness perks that promote a balanced lifestyle.  Your Voice Matters: Work in an environment where your opinions and ideas are valued and play a crucial role in driving the success of our team.  Endless Growth Opportunities: Enjoy a multitude of career growth opportunities, ensuring that you have the resources to thrive and advance within the company.  At Relm, you won’t just join a company -
