About the role: As part of our Campus Support Team, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every space at our Brooklyn Campus is functional, clean, and welcoming. From keeping studios and meeting rooms tour-ready to supporting café, bar, events, and production operations, you’ll play a vital role in creating a seamless experience for our members, guests, and staff. This is a hands-on role that blends hospitality, operations, and problem-solving in a dynamic, creative environment. We have both a full time and part time shifts available. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day: Support studio and AV teams with setups, resets, and production needs. Maintain indoor and outdoor campus areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness. Assist with café operations including food prep, service, dishwashing, and cleanup. Support bar operations by restocking, cleaning, and assisting bartenders with setup and breakdown. Track and manage supply inventory, flagging shortages before they happen. Set up, stock, and reset meeting rooms, studios, and events with food, beverage, or equipment needs. Keep restrooms, member spaces, and common areas spotless and always ready for members and tours. Manage trash, dishware, utensils, and barware in compliance with health and safety standards. Partner with the Maintenance & Movers Team on campus upkeep and repairs. Support managers with additional operational tasks as needed. Participate in ongoing training to sharpen skills and maintain Lighthouse service standards. Here’s what we’re looking for: High school diploma (or equivalent) with a proactive, can-do attitude. Experience in hospitality, café, bar support, or public space attendant roles a plus. Comfortable with physical work: lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, standing, and moving across indoor/outdoor spaces. Flexible availability (daytime, evenings, and weekends) and ability to work in varying conditions. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork. A passion for creativity, hospitality, and contributing to an inclusive culture. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Frequent bending, standing, and walking. Comfortable working across both indoor and outdoor areas. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
