Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse operations team as General Laborers. This role is essential to the efficient handling, movement, and organization of goods within a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates will assist in the day-to-day functions of warehouse logistics, ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity throughout each shift. Key Responsibilities: Palletizing and Wrapping: Safely stack, organize, and shrink-wrap products onto pallets for storage or shipment Manual Material Handling: Load, unload, and move boxes and products by hand; regularly lift items weighing up to 25–30 lbs Order Staging: Prepare and stage palletized goods for shipping or internal distribution Workstation Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times Inventory Support: Assist in basic inventory tasks such as labeling, counting, and restocking items as needed Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals Requirements: Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience Basic familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and manual handling practices Steel Toe Shoes are REQUIRED Shifts Available: Shift: Friday to Monday: 9am to 3pm Shift: Friday to Monday: 6pm to 1am Compensation: Hourly Rate: $19.00

POSITION SUMMARY: Tablet Press Operator will set up, maintain, and run capsule machine. Operator will also be responsible for recording logs every 30 minutes, submitting samples to QC for approval, and for capsule quality. Capsule operator must not leave machine unattended while machine is running. Product quality to be checked at start up and after breaks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Set up press with floor supervisor. Verify correct punches are used and in good order. Feed material to hopper to run press. Verify correct blend is being used. Bring samples to QC for approval. During run, controls for weights, thickness, and hardness are taken and recorded into a log every 30 minutes. Responsible for keeping a log for every break, change in operator, and machine being stopped. Monitor tablets coming off punch and dropped into container. Responsible for tablet quality. Must remain at machine while machine is running. Responsible for machine’s routine maintenance and cleaning by following SOP instructions. Responsible for taking samples from beginning, middle, and end of run and recording on log. Label containers with correct information as described on batch ticket. Work area must be kept in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Remove all trash at the end of the shift and clean room thoroughly. Keep current equipment use and cleaning log. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Critical Operating Relationships: QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Preferred experience in nutraceutical or solid dosage manufacturing.
