Process customer orders obtained by phone/fax/email, fill out customer forms/price quotes, coordination of delivery, handle/resolve customer issues, follow up on inquiries, raise invoices, answer main telephone lines promptly and professionally. Perform other duties such as accounts receivable and maintain office machines.
