Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager for an on-site position based in New Jersey. This full-time role requires excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills to manage projects from start to finish. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, as local travel to job sites, vendors, or clients is a required part of the role. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle of projects—planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Coordinate with internal teams and clients Conduct on-site meetings, inspections, and status check-ins Ensure compliance with company standards and local/state regulations Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience managing projects (industry-specific experience preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation — mandatory Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) Ability to work effectively on-site and travel to local project locations as needed Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing on-site projects in New Jersey Familiarity with local permitting, compliance, and safety standards Industry-specific experience (e.g., construction, logistics, IT, or manufacturing)
