Hours for Newton: Monday - Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Hours for Natick or Framingham: Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Prorated benefits available based on hours. This onsite position is scheduled for 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute break, paying $22/hour for a 6-8 week assignment. The ideal candidate will have prior dental office experience and be comfortable using MS Office; familiarity with Oryx (dental database/CRM) is a plus. The role is essential in providing administrative support and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of medical terminology and proficiency in various electronic health records. The individual is responsible for patient scheduling and front desk operations, handling medical billing, coding including CPT and ICD-10 coding. Insurance verification and authorizations will be required. Assisting in the preparation of patient care, sterilization of equipment as well as managing multi-line phone systems.
