We are open to both full time and part time but we are specifically looking for availability to do closing shifts (we close at 8pm). We only use non-invasive cooking techniques, we don't have grill or fryer, the job consists mostly of preparing fresh vegetables, dressings and assembling salads (no bad small, no heat).
