Prep Shift Supervisor (Full Time)
Job Title: PREP SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
We are hiring immediately for a full time PREP SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
Location: Saint Christopher School - 711 Saint Christopher's Road, Richmond, VA 23226. Note: online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.
Requirement: Prior culinary experience is required.

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.
Additional Job Duties:
Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dates, initialed, covered, and rotated.
Ensure products meet Flik guidelines for quality and preparation.
Ensures product production is performed using correct measuring devices and all recipes are followed.
Follows and complies, or ensures compliance, with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
Free meals, uniforms and laundering service available at select locations.

Job Summary
Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
