Seeking individuals with big personalities who can sell, supervise rule following in the facility, teach axe throwing (don't worry, we will teach you!), take payments, and clean up the rage rooms after use. Low stress, high fun, job opportunity! Bartending/serving experience a plus! Pay varies based on experience (hourly plus tips, bonus) Position needs filled immediately. Line Cook Compensation: Starting $16-18 to be reviewed in 90 days Employment type: Part time 32 hours per week Line Cook Under the supervision of our lead chef, this position will generally assist in all aspects of creating our finished food offerings. Involves chopping, cutting, mixing, toasting and grilling according to our recipes and standards. The position also includes limited dishwashing and one day a week taking the lead in cooking. Care, safety, pride of work and consistency are top priorities. Key skills also involve teamwork, prioritizing, working under pressure and customer service. General Accountabilities Inspects and cleans food preparation areas or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensures food is stored and cooked at correct temperature. Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock. Seasons and cooks food according to recipes. Bakes, roasts, broils, and steams meats, vegetables, and other foods. Observes and tests foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Carves and trims meats.
