Dining Room & Service Support Keep floors, chairs, and service areas clean and presentable. Carry food trays to and from kitchen when servers need support. Back of House Support Bring dirty dishes and glassware to dishwashing area. Sort and organize dishes, utensils, and glassware properly for dishwashers. Anticipate guest needs and act proactively (quietly and efficiently). Be attentive but not intrusive; move quickly and professionally. End of Shift Duties Reset dining room for next service (tables, chairs, floors, service stations). Restock supplies: napkins, utensils, condiments, water pitchers. Dispose of trash, recyclables, and linens in designated areas. Italian restaurant need a front of the house position including but not limited to make sandwiches, coffee, getting orders over the phone, packing, cleaning and etc. We need somebody that are willing to do a little of everything. Fluent English is required for this position. We are a small restaurant with a small but great crew that have been working together for years. Experience is good but not essential, we are willing to train anybody as long as you have the will to learn.
