It’s a peaceful spot with a large front yard and gorgeous sunsets. The Space: Private bedroom ~16’ x 15’ (possibly larger) with a huge closet and one window Unfurnished room (house is otherwise fully furnished – some flexibility if you’d like to add pieces) Open floor plan with 2.5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom Modern updates throughout: new flooring, granite counters, appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and strong A/C! Spectrum Internet included Off-street parking Outdoor patio with seating and a Weber grill. Probably adding a jacuzzi soon. Neighborhood & Surroundings: Quiet, environmentally peaceful area with plenty of wildlife visitors – wild turkeys, deer of all sizes, and sometimes cows across the way. Neighbors are rarely home. About the Home Life: Smoking allowed only outside (I’m a light outdoor smoker) Kitchen fully stocked – you’ll have your own cabinet, but you’re welcome to use appliances, utensils, plates, etc. I used to love to cook before my injury; so trust when I say it is well stocked with everything, and you are more than welcome to put that stuff to use. Sorry, no additional pets allowed, per owner. About Me (Your Future Roommate): I’m 49, work in transportation, and run my own local business (hours vary a lot). I spend more time at home due to a chronic illness, so I’m seeking a roommate to help share the space and costs. I have one dog, Brady – a sweet cuddle-puddle who loves company.
