Pay: $27 - $30/Hour + Benefits ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of assigned routes Clearly and professionally communicate with dispatch and customers Conduct pre-trips on all equipment Load and unload deliveries/pick-ups (ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted) Be able to assist in the warehouse when needed Have a flexible schedule Follow detailed instructions EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS CDL A License is a must! Clean driving record Hazardous Materials Endorsement and TWIC card are a plus An existing medical card preferred Safe and defensive driving skills are a must Must comply with all DOT regulations, including hours of service rules Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers. Pay is hourly for a full time work week of: Saturday through Wednesday 6am-2pm, including 1 hour mandatory paid lunch break during the day each day. Duties
 As Porter, you will report to the Managers and work with a team of real estate professionals. 5+ Years of experience as a Porter at residential buildings. This position requires various types of manual labor and from time to time will require standing for long periods of time, as well as crouching and climbing stairs and ladders to perform work, and pushing, lifting, and pulling heavy objects that occasionally may be up to approximately 75 pounds. At other times, this position requires completing paperwork.
