I'm looking for more skilled craftspeople to join my team. (If you ever show up hung over, still drunk or high, don't bother wasting my time.) I focus on high-quality residential renovations and I don't mind taking the time to find the right next person to join the team. Ideally, you would have a wide background of skills, but the most important thing is that you have an attitude of "I'm here to listen, I'm here to learn and I'm focused on getting better at my craft." Plumbing & electrical skills are a huge plus. We typically work in the Boulder/Louisville area (plus 20 mins or so), but I'm also expanding out into the Central Park Denver area. We pay for gas, sharpening tools, and any needed grooming materials. Our vans are Mercedes Sprinter vans with fully equipped salons.
