Movers Wanted! Black Tie Moving is looking to add to our growing team in the Nashville Area. With a goal of providing excellent experiences for our clients, we facilitate needs for moving, packing, unpacking as well as disposal for our clients. We are currently hiring for Movers and Drivers with opportunities for advancement based on performance. Compensation Movers will earn hourly on a payscale between $16-$18 an hour. We also compensate for travel to and from each job. Opportunity for performance bonuses available based on positive reviews and feedback from customers and staff. Tips projected ~ $200-$500 a week based on # of jobs completed. Drivers will earn hourly on a payscale between $18-$20 an hour. We also compensate for travel to and from each job. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Proper padding and protection of furniture and packaging of other household belongings, safe moving of said items, transporting items to client's new home, providing excellent customer service to clients (providing a stress free experience). Additionally Drivers will be responsible for the safe transport of customer belongings from origin to destination as well as ensuring the trucks are returned to the office in a clean condition as they left in. Opportunities for Advancement and Benefits If you prove to be an asset to the company, you may receive the opportunity to move up to a crew lead position.This pay scale is between $22-$24 an hour. Assuming full time employment, you also may become eligible for benefits (Health/Dental/Vision).
