JOBS!! General Production – Kitting Department Location: Vernon CA Pay: $17.87 Shift: 2nd shift 3 pm - 11 pm Job Summary: We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented production associates to join our Kitting Department. This position is responsible for assembling, organizing, and packaging various product components into kits, following established instructions and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and package product kits according to work orders or instructions. Verify that all components are present, correctly labeled, and meet quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, complying with company and safety policies. Count, sort, and inspect materials before and after assembly to ensure accuracy. Work collaboratively with other associates and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Report missing materials, defects, or discrepancies to the team leader or supervisor. Safely and efficiently operate basic production and packaging equipment. Assist with labeling, sealing, and preparing finished kits for shipment or storage. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines. Requirements: Previous experience in kitting, packaging, assembly, or production (preferred). Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds as needed. Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Responsible, punctual individual with a positive attitude and teamwork skills. Basic math and counting skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
