Job Title: Service Technician Location: Georgia Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and well-rounded Services Technician to join our team. This full-time position involves performing a broad range of maintenance and repair services, including plumbing, electrical, and general handyman work, primarily within commercial and light industrial settings. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, solutions-oriented, and capable of working independently across multiple trades. Key Responsibilities: - Perform both scheduled and emergency maintenance on plumbing systems (e.g., water lines, drains, toilets, fixtures). - Troubleshoot, repair, and replace basic electrical components (e.g., outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers). - Carry out general handyman duties such as drywall repair, painting, minor carpentry, and furniture assembly. - Diagnose and resolve building system issues independently and efficiently. - Interpret and follow blueprints, technical manuals, and work orders. - Ensure all work performed meets current safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. - Maintain accurate records of services provided and materials used. - Respond to service calls promptly, with a professional and customer-focused approach. Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance, facility services, or related field. - Working knowledge of commercial plumbing and electrical systems. - Proficient in the safe use of tools, equipment, and machinery related to maintenance tasks. Strong problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Preferred Qualifications: - Trade certifications or licenses in plumbing, electrical, or general contracting. - OSHA certification or safety training is a plus. - Prior experience in a commercial, retail, or industrial work environment. Unique Millwork Cabinetry and Countertops is seeking a skilled individual(s) with knowledge in cabinet building and solid surface fabrication, with a motivation to produce quickly and with quality. We are located in Arvada at 52nd and Marshall. This shop has been around for over 30 years and under new management for the last 4 years. We continue to grow the business and need additional personnel to meet the demands. This is a full-time position. We have a separate installation crew and a majority of the work will be in the shop. Requirements: Your own transportation and hand/power/pneumatic tools are required as in field installation may be required at times. Millwork saws, edge-bander and glue applicators are supplied by the shop for use in the shop. We do a multitude of different projects to include laminate counters, cabinet building and installation, solid surface fabrication and installation, various millwork fabrication and installation for low-income housing complexes, private residential, multi-family complexes and commercial applications. We are branching out into new builds as well. Job Duties will include but not limited to: -Fabrication of solid surface -New cabinet builds and cabinet rebuilds -Cabinet door/drawer/drawer fronts/faux front fabrication -Laminate countertop fabrication. -Shop cleanliness and organization Starting pay will be $26-$29 an hour depending on knowledge/skill. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Crew Member to join our surveying team. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, gain hands-on experience in land surveying, and support projects that help shape infrastructure and communities. Key Responsibilities: • - Assist survey crew in conducting field surveys for construction, boundary, and topographic projects. • - Set up, operate, and maintain survey instruments and equipment (GPS, total stations, levels, etc.). • - Collect accurate field data and ensure proper documentation of measurements. • - Follow instructions from crew chief and ensure safety protocols are observed. • - Assist with clearing survey lines, setting stakes, and marking boundaries. • - Perform basic calculations and note-taking as directed. Qualifications: • - High school diploma or equivalent (some college or technical training in surveying preferred). • - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain. • - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. • - Ability to lift and carry survey equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs). • - Previous surveying or construction experience is a plus but not required.
