Job Summary: The IPM Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining plant health through scouting, foliar sprays, root drenches and other IPM-related tasks. Lift and move up to 50 lbs. safely. Participate in lift training and follow all safety protocols. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation preferred but not required. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for long periods of time.
