AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC • Certification in brakes, engine, heating and cooling, front end, and related areas is required. • Master Mechanic and diesel experience are considered a plus. We are currently seeking hard-working and reliable Maintenance Workers / Laborers to join our property management team. Responsibilities: • Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the apartment community • Perform basic carpentry, painting, and repair work as assigned • Read and follow measurements using a tape measure accurately • Carry out groundskeeping tasks, such as trash pickup and seasonal upkeep • Work independently and with the maintenance team to complete projects on time • Report issues and follow instructions from the Head of Maintenance or Property Manager Requirements: • Previous maintenance, construction, or laborer experience preferred (not required) • Must know how to read a tape measure • Must provide own basic hand tools (wrenches, pliers, screwdriver set, hammer, tape measure, drill gun, saw saw, battery impact wrench, etc. At this level, you should have a decent size set of tools for the job. We can provide a better idea on this if needed.
