About the Role The Slot Attendant to is responsible for handling routine slot machine-related customer complaints and identifying situations that may require supervisor intervention. Position Responsibilities Services minor machine malfunctions, preventative/routine maintenance, accurate preparation and completion of jackpot transactions, and communicating pertinent information to various support Departments Maintains confidentiality of all Ocean Casino Resort trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information Must follow all company/property Department policies and procedures as well as comply with existing CCC and DGE rules and regulations Technical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, issuance of checks for hand paid jackpots, verifying jackpot transactions, preparing appropriate documentation for jackpots and cash transactions in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
