Front of House Manager – Job Description Position Summary The Front of House (FOH) Manager ensures that every guest at Laili Restaurant receives attentive service and a memorable dining experience. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fine-dining environment. Beyond guest-facing duties, FOH staff play an essential role in maintaining the restaurant’s operations, supporting both the kitchen and management team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Guest Service & Dining Room Operations Greet, seat, and welcome guests warmly, creating a positive first impression. Manage reservations and guest flow using OpenTable. Accurately take and process orders using the POS system. Present menus, explain specials, and make thoughtful recommendations. Deliver food and beverages promptly with correct presentation. Anticipate guest needs, handle requests, and resolve complaints professionally Assist in large party service, private events, and buy-outs.
