Guest Concierge (Palm Springs)

Town and Desert is a boutique hospitality group living in a boutique world. We develop concepts from the guest’s perspective and execute from a frontline management position. From historic hotels to innovative entertainment venues, Town and Desert operates a collection of noteworthy experiences in Southern California. Town and Desert Hospitality is looking to add a part/full time Guest Concierge to the team comprising of 7 unique, highly regarded Hotels with expansion on the horizon. 2 of the 7 hotels have remote check-in with extensive virtual communication. 5 of the hotels have a front desk that operate on a schedule that varies from 7am-10pm. Scheduled days will vary but will require weekend shifts. This is a great opportunity to train for career growth and development. Job duties include: -Answer reservation calls -Answer text messages -Respond to emails -Interact with guest services apps -Interact with On-line travel agencies -Interact with housekeeping to report any reservation changes -Interact with engineering to report any issues that need attention -Duties as assigned by management Required skills: -Exceptional attitude towards providing a memorable guest experience -Excellent computer skills and general technology efficiency -Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications -Great communication skills, both verbal and written -Committed team spirit with a natural tendency towards cooperation and contribution to the whole -Curious, willing to learn and take direction well -Step forward with new ideas to improve the operation Our culture is inclusive, supportive and respectful with an emphasis on growing future super stars.
