Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Assembly & Robotics Operator for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating our robotic work cell and laser system. This role requires manual dexterity for loading and unloading parts and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: -Set up and operate a robotic work cell according to established procedures. -Manually load and unload parts and materials from machinery. -Operate a laser engraving system to mark parts accurately. -Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning and perform basic quality checks on finished parts. -Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: -Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and manually handling parts. -Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. -Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus but not required. Schedule: This is a Part-Time, Temporary (October 1 - December 31, 2025) position. While a base schedule will be set, preference will be given to applicants who have a flexible schedule and are available to work later in the day or on weekends as production needs require. Crews which you will be assigned to will be no more than 5 employees and will travel from job to job together as a crew. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Build and breakdown scaffolds, install ladders, walkways and handrails Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment in accordance with project specific plans and layouts Inspecting all scaffold components prior to assembly Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials Load and unload equipment and materials form truck and vehicles Study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed; including wearing and use of safety equipment Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffolds Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules Other duties as required Compensation: $18 and above.
