Looking for full time groundskeeper and maintenance caretaker for our residential home. Daily duties would include yard and landscape maintenance, year round pool maintenance, interior and exterior maintenance. Many other misc things to do such as: Painting Basic electrical Basic plumbing Window cleaning Occasional interior cleaning Garage cleaning Weed and landscape maintenance Basic construction repair and or installation (doors, windows, trim, sheetrock etc) Special construction projects (occasionally) Pool maintenance and cleaning upkeeping $25/hr paid in cash (full time $50,000-$70,000 yearly) Mon-Fri and occasional Saturday optional Would like previous experience with electrical and plumbing, some construction and good common sense. You bring a strong Mechanical and Electrical aptitude along with experience in the role that demonstrates your ability to troubleshoot and get us back online. Must be comfortable working on ladders 6 to 12ft and on lifts. Ability to lift up to 70lbs, to work overhead and in unusual or small spaces such as attics and crawl spaces. Skills to communicate well with customers and explain the work being done and any repairs that are necessary. Skills to write well and be very detailed in your write up on service work. Must be well organized and be able to keep track of service tickets and process all required documents for each service performed.
