Snow Removal Sidewalk Crew/Operators (Chanhassen)

Looking for lawn and snow care professionals who have experience in the industry. Willing to train anyone with the right attitude, work ethic, and shows up on time. Must have experience with tools, operating equipment, phones, iPads, and talking to customers. Must have a drivers license, a vehicle, a phone, and live within the area. Pay is based on experience. Between $18-35 per hour. Will be set up as a 1099. Will be supplied with company t-shirts and hats after six months of employment. Boot allowance of $125 after one year of employment. Snow Removal Duties: -Clearing of snow from sidewalks -Operating a shovel or snowblower -Potentially operating a bobcat with box pusher or truck with plow -Maintain equipment (painting, oil changes, rust proofing) -Cleaning the shop/washing equipment -Respond to the shop within a timely manner when it is snowing -Fill out reports on an iPad Lawn Care Duties: -Operate a zero-turn mower, weed whacker, and leaf blower -Rake/blow leaves -Maintain equipment (oil changes, blade changes, tires etc.) -Landscaping (Install plants, mulch, rocks) If you want to work and looking to grow your career we can help you out.
