Bookkeeper/Comprehensive Clerk: Job Responsibilities: 1. Definition: The Greens Keeper performs routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance; This includes the operation of hand tools, small hand powered equipment, and light motorized equipment as necessary. Typical functions: The Greens Keeper: Operates mowers and string trimmers in the maintenance of putting greens, tee’s and fence lines; Rakes and maintains sand bunkers; Maintains water coolers and empties trash receptacles. Performs regular maintenance of annual planting beds. Maintains fuel levels for all types of equipment daily; reports equipment problems to the equipment manager. Assists in the repair and maintenance of greens and fairways; grades and prepares soil base and installs new sod. Excavates and back fills holes and trenches with hand tools as needed in the repair of irrigation components. Performs other golf course maintenance related duties as directed by their supervisor. Employment standards: Requires knowledge of methods and materials used in landscape maintenance work; Requires physical strength (lifting over 75 lbs), stamina and agility. Position: Financial Manager Department: Finance Reports to: CEO Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to oversee the critical financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can provide insightful analysis to support executive decision-making and drive the company's financial health and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Develop financial models to analyze performance, evaluate potential investments, and support strategic initiatives. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met consistently. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and tax filings. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage company cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Oversee banking relationships and manage credit facilities. Implement effective working capital management strategies for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
