Typical duties include: Perform general repairs: basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall patching, painting Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from tenants, as directed from the property manager Daily travel between multiple properties located throughout Hayward / Castro Valley Turn vacant units into move-in ready units Install appliances Some furnace/heater repair Assist in the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the properties.
