Minimum of 5 years HVAC / Sheet metal experience in the COMMERCIAL sector, we specialize in retail, restaurants, grocery stores, mall tenant spaces and commercial office spaces. Experience with VRF - VRF systems from install to commission a plus. The Foreman / Crew Lead position would require experience and knowledge of Commercial HVAC projects from start to finish, including, layout, material ordering, installation, project coordination, crane lifts, coordination with other trades, accurate scheduling of support employees, experience with ordering & installing welded grease ducting and fire wrap projects a plus+. Northern California Based Commercial HVAC Contractor seeking to hire an experienced service technician with light installation background for accounts throughout Northern California. This is a hybrid position of sorts as the perspective employee would manage basic service calls on commercial only projects, but also complete control prewires of new construction projects, installation of cooper refrigerant line sets and installation of system components such as economizers, power exhaust, etc. This employee will also perform equipment start up; testing & commissioning as required. Minimum 5 years’ experience in COMMERCIAL HVAC systems with package units, splits systems, duct less splits & VRF-VRV systems.
