THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF YOU ENJOY: - Performing carpentry work with a high level of craft, quality, and efficiency - Problem solving while working with others and leading a crew - Structure, accountability, and deadlines - Managing trade contractors and overseeing quality - Communicating with clients in a clear and professional manner - Training and mentoring the next generation - Utilizing technology to make your job more efficient IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE: - Self-performing concrete, framing, siding, decks, window and door install, trim install and cabinet install - Performing various management tasks in our online project management software - Building from a clear set of plans and specifications as produced by our internal architect and project manager - Leading and empowering a team of 1-2 carpenters - Working on a mix of commercial and residential projects to start. The right fit will be ready to take on more commercial projects as we continue to grow.
