Growing Carpet Cleaning Company, searching for a Full time and/or part time opening for carpet cleaning technician for the Omaha area, some company vehicle travel to Lincoln. We ask that the candidate have an active and valid drivers license. Must have a clean appearance as we enter businesses and homes. Candidate must have attention to detail. Must be able to do basic math calculations. Must be prompt and on time. Experience not required, will train. *General hours - Monday - Friday days, but occasional nights and weekends are required.* Must have working cell phone for using our systems and to be in contact with staff and supervisors. Job Title: Maintenance and Facilities Department: Operations / Facilities Location: Oxford Commons Job Summary: The Maintenance and Facilities Tech is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational efficiency of all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. Must be able to handle multiple projects. · · Manage daily operations and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.).
