COMPANY : We are a well established (20+ years) small General Contracting firm that focuses only on high-end residential construction (large scale remodels). Our project values are typically in the range from $5mm to $15mm. As such, we look to only hire the very best of the best, with compensation to match accordingly. SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Site Superintendent will oversee the construction project on a daily basis. They will assist with the supervision of all onsite work. This often includes, but not limited to demolition, intricate foundation replacements, excavations, layout of in-house trim carpentry team, supervise and coordinate with all trade labor and subcontractors, and interface with our company president, project manager, architect, engineers, local officials, and others.
