General skills/Requirements: - Experience spraying both paint, stain and lacquer products (Helpful for increased pay) - Paint brush, roller, caulking gun, and masking gun - Willing to train anyone in how to use a paint sprayer for both interior and exterior painting. - Shift hours are Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm); Weekends not required - A reliable vehicle and clean driving record is required as we have projects throughout Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. - Work vehicle may be assigned after verifying skill set for spraying. - Many of our jobs require working on scaffolding and high ladders. Looking for skilled Carpenters/ Finishers for concrete work. Need reliable transportation and be willing to travel. Must have a minimum of 5 years in the concrete trade. Familiarity with simon forms, gang forms, scaffolding,, snap ties, strong backs and walers is also a must. We build dams, spillways and intake structures so vertical concrete is basically all we do. Knowledge of mechanical pipe is a plus. Operator skills also a plus. Dirt work skills also a plus. Ability to use total station and gps also a plus.
