Weekly: Call in payroll (verify time totals and submit to Paychex, our payroll processing company). Calculate and submit bank transfers for State of Oregon lottery invoices. Write checks for payments to vendors, mail upon owner signatures. Data entry of sales and bills into QuickBooks Online.
