Looking for a well-organized person to come and work for our sustainable landscape-plant nursery company in Boynton Beach. Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years in the landscape industry primarily working with plant installation. We are NOT a lawn or maintenance company. We create landscape & drainage designs and install plants primarily using tools and equipment. Do not call us if you are only interested in using a lawn mower, weed eater, or edger. This is a full time job with benefits of holiday and vacations after a certain period of time working for the company. If candidate is able to drive vehicle, we will offer additional money for your wages. Candidate must be willing to show up on time to our facility, follow instructions, and work hard throughout the day with a team of people. We are offering $18-$25 per hour as a starting position and will pay additional if candidate has a valid drivers license and is capable of driving for company. Starting wage is dependent on experience and proximity to our plant nursery office. It is a plus if you speak Spanish and English. Position Summary The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor oversees the day-to-day maintenance and repair needs of the Clubhouse, Athletic Facility, and Hotel. This hands-on leadership role ensures preventative maintenance programs are carried out, facilities are safe and compliant, and repair work is completed efficiently. Responsibilities - Perform and supervise maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections throughout the Clubhouse and Athletic Facility, to include landscape. - Lead and schedule maintenance staff. - Supervise contractors and vendors. - Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and records. - Respond promptly to facility emergencies. - Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, fire/life safety codes. - Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing repairs. - Coordinates facility purchases with accounting department; manages inventory of supplies and materials. -Assist with Club event setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
