Hello, I appreciate your interest. I am a new amputee, 60 yr old male, below the knee, one year ago. I do walk with a prosthetic. I now live in Assumption Village, a Catholic facility. They provide nurses, house cleaning and basic care giving needs, they take care of injuries and falls (if that happens) it's a beautiful and clean place. They also do my laundry. I seek personal care. Producing weekly schedules for doctors, Hanger Clinic (for my leg) Nara and AA meetings and personal appointments, take my business shirts to laundry. Grocery shopping, ordering and managing medications ( none will get you high) preparing toast and coffee daily. I currently have no pets that live with me but do have a labradoodle, 4 yr old (Rose) I am somewhat flexible with the hours you work, But expect help om Mon, Weds and Friday 4-6 hrs each day. I am in recovery and am practice a clean, calm demeaner and a flexible lifestyle that is seasonal cheerful. I do emphasize the need for a responsible and reliable individual. The ideal fit would have a passion for injury recovery and chronic pain management, and have a firm to deep, flowing style of treatment. While we are a treatment-focused clinic, we are dedicated to making pain management feel like a luxury. We have a good mix of regular clients doing maintenance and new clients looking to break the pain cycle. We offer 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions, as well as cupping, hot towels, arnica/willow balm add-ons, hot stone, gua sha, and prenatal. Each of our therapists can choose session lengths that best fit their style, training, and preference. Divine Home Health Care is looking for Skilled Nursing (RN/LPN) and CNA care. Job would need someone experienced in caring for a complex medical needs client in their own home. Hours needed are Fri/Sat/Mon day shift, 6 am - 6 pm. Prefer skilled nursing for those hours but will use Certified Nursing Assistant as well. CNA would need to have completed both Nurse Delegation-Core and Nurse Delegation-Diabetes classes to be able to be delegated under the supervision of the RN. RN/LPN duties would include med management, wound care, trach care, other care duties, and supervision of the CNA. RN/LPN would have CNA assistance for 6 hours of the day shift. CNA positions are Fri, Sat, Mon - 7 a.m.- 1 p.m. Tuesday NOC shift - 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. and on-call for nights in general.
