We are seeking a dependable and passionate Sous Chef / Line Cook to join our intimate, reservation-only Italian kitchen. This hybrid role combines leadership and hands-on cooking, supporting daily operations while upholding our legacy of quality, consistency, and warmth. Line Cooked needed for "THE BEST NEW RESTAURANT IN BOCA RATON" Join our quickly growing team at Medi Terra, a vibrant a chef-driven dining destination featuring cuisine from around the Western Mediterranean. Named "Best new restaurant in Boca Raton" by Boca Magazine in 2023. Position starts at $20-$23/ hour with 30-40 hours per week guaranteed. Hourly rate increases based on individual's performance and responsibilities. Previous full-service restaurant experience is a must.
