Maintain open communication with the case manager regarding skill assessment and goal planning activities. - Develop training tools and techniques in coordination with case manager to address identified client needs. - Maintain all documentation pertaining to visits and activities as consistent with agency policy. - Conduct site visits as needed and directed by Supervisor. - Attendance at weekly supervision and staff meetings. - Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings. - Other duties as assigned.
