First Steps Learning Center in Lafayette is in search of an Infant Teacher/Aide to join our team. Full-time position beginning immediately. (October 6th start) 8:15-5:15pm Monday-Friday. *Experience with this age group is valuable but we will train in our philosophy. *12 ECE units is preferred (including infant toddler units) 1. Principles & Practices 2. Child Growth & Development 3. Child Family Community 4. Intro to ECE Curriculum or Infant Toddler Curriculum & Development is also accepted Goals: As we search for the perfect candidate to join our teaching staff, our goal is to find exceptional professionals who are able to demonstrate at all times the willingness and capabilities to become advocates for the children.
