Redwood Moving & Storage, Inc. is a full-service moving company that serves Sonoma County, and beyond. We specialize in residential moving and storage, as well as full-service storage. We are looking for people with positive attitudes that are reliable and hard working. Experience preferred. This isn't your typical 9-5 job. Each day is in a different location and has its own unique requirements. The position may be from 1-6 days a week (Monday-Saturday), and from 3-8+ hours each day. This position can be physically demanding, requiring a candidate to be able to lift over 50 lbs. frequently, work all day, climb stairs, all while having a great attitude, follow instructions and communicate in English. Job description You will primarily be responsible for Managing Drivers, Dealing with customers, Police calls, answering phones, dispatching tow truck drivers, creating invoices, entering data into register, releasing vehicles, routing drivers to calls as well as managing other office responsibilities like Invoicing CHP, taking care of front office etc. Opening the office at 8:00am is the requirement of the Job This position requires a lot of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of towing software, MS spreadsheets, Basic math, Calculation is must. We dispatch calls for multiple police agencies so it's imperative to have great attention to detail and a high level of energy.
