After 26 years, our office manager is planning to retire. So for the first time since our opening in 1999 we are looking for a front desk office manager. We are a small to mid size private practice in San Francisco in the Marina / Cow Hollow area. Position offered can be part time (3 days a week) or Full time (5 days a week). Responsibilities: Glass technicians must: - Operate a company vehicle to various job sites around the Bay Area - Remove broken glass safely. - Be capable operating glass cutters accurately. - Be familiar with and capable of using general common power tools (incl. drill & impact driver, miter saw, oscillating multi-tool, routing table, circular saw, hammer drills, electric chisels, etc.) - Measure, cut and install glass in windows, doors, storefronts, mirrors and more. - Work on commercial doors, replacing frames, hardware and glass. On both manual and automatic doors. - Have experience working with electronic entry systems, such as mag locks, ADA hardware (operators and buttons) and door closers. - Be able to communicate with customers on-site to preform the work. - Customer service at all levels. Teamwork at all levels. Qualifications: Valid work permit or Form I-9. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Able to pass a live-scan for work on secured jobsites. (CA DOJ) Personal tools and equipment. (Hand tools and drill/driver set to get started) Ability to lift 75+ lbs. Proficiency in communicating in English is required.
