Our office is based out of Shingle Springs, California, however we service a variety of light commercial and residential customers in the greater Sacramento area. We also do design build HVAC Installation projects throughout California. Looking for a motivated A&P (or soon-to-be) to join a growing maintenance operation based out of a well-equipped hangar in Lincoln, CA. We work on piston and turbine GA aircraft — Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, King Air, and more. This is not a corporate shop. It’s real hands-on work with room to grow. I’m an experienced A&P/IA and need someone who can eventually work independently, sign off jobs, and stay in this trade for the long haul. Core Responsibilities:. Diagnose vehicle issues accurately using diagnostic tools and test drives. Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems. Conduct routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, fluid checks, etc.). Perform safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet Autos of Chicago quality standards. Recondition pre-owned inventory to retail-ready condition. Shop & Equipment Maintenance Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times. Properly use and maintain dealership tools and diagnostic equipment. Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately. Teamwork & Development Work closely with service advisors, parts department, and other technicians. Assist with training junior technicians or apprentices as needed. Stay current with ongoing training, certifications, and updated repair techniques.
